Delivery Information
• Deliveries are Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm
• When we receive your order we will call to inform you if the delivery will be made by our own vans or by our preferred carrier company.
• Due to the volume of deliveries we unfortunately cannot guarantee exact timeslots.
• We aim to deliver within 7 working days of receiving your order.
• Arranged AM / PM deliveries cannot be guaranteed when using our own vans due to any unforeseen delays regarding road / traffic conditions.

We will contact you by phone within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order to confirm the following:
Your preferred branch for collection.
Give an expected date for collection.
Ordering
Due to stock levels changing daily, orders are processed subject to stock availability. If we will be unable to supply your order within our standard 7 working day period, we will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order, where we will give an expected delivery date, offer any alternatives, or offer a refund.
Important Delivery Information
Our own vans: When delivering with our own vans we are happy to deliver your order into the ground floor of your home.
*Flats: Unfortunately we can only deliver into the ground floor entrance of the building. *As these products are usually heavy we strongly recommended that ideally 2 able bodied people are present to bring the delivery into the home when it arrives.
*Carrier Company: The carrier company can only deliver your order to the front door of your home, if there are any obstructions preventing their vehicle from getting to your home. i.e. narrow road, parking restrictions etc they will deliver as close as possible to your home. The carrier company is not insured to enter your home.
*Flats: Unfortunately the carrier company can only deliver to the outside of the main entrance of the building. *As these products are usually heavy we strongly recommended that ideally 2 able bodied people are present to bring the delivery indoors when it arrives.
Important Installation Information
We strongly recommend you do not arrange for your installer to begin work before or on the day your order is due for delivery. We always try to give our customers the best service possible, however unforeseen delays can occur. We cannot be held liable for any charges relating to your installation being delayed due to late delivery, damages, or incorrect items.
Cutting to Size
Please do not cut your panels or ceilings outside in direct sunlight as this can cause them to discolour. Direct sunlight also means a cloudy day, cut in the shade and bring all pieces which are being used inside straight away. These products are designed for internal use only.
Batch Numbers
Please note that all our shower panels, ceilings and flooring have batch numbers printed on the packaging. As with wall paper, tiles, flooring etc, all products are manufactured in batches. Please check that all your products have matching numbers i.e. 8 x shower panels all have the same batch number. If you are ordering additional products please make us aware of the batch number so we can provide the matching batch if it is still in stock.
Damages
Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have received a damaged item. We will arrange the most appropriate way of resolving the issue for you.
Returns
• Within 30 days of receiving your order you can return any items that you do not require, or you have changed your mind.
• The items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Items are returned at your own expense and by your arrangement with a carrier company to our Wishaw warehouse, you can return the items personally to our Wishaw or Bathgate warehouses, however we do offer a collection service within 30 miles of our Wishaw warehouse for a fee of £15.00.
• Returned items will be inspected within 7 days of receipt, we will then contact you regarding your refund. Original delivery charges cannot be refunded, any collection fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• We do not charge a restocking fee for any PVC products.
Due to the variation of colours between different screens on phones and computers, colours may look different from the actual product.
