Delivery Information

• Deliveries are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm
• When we receive your order, we will call you to arrange a convenient date and approximate time of day – AM / PM.
• Due to the volume of deliveries we unfortunately cannot guarantee exact timeslots.
• We aim to deliver within 7 working days of receiving your order.
• Arranged AM / PM deliveries cannot be guaranteed due to any unforeseen delays regarding road / traffic conditions.

Click & Collect

We will contact you by phone within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order to confirm the following:

Your preferred branch for collection.

Give an expected date for collection.

Ordering

Due to stock levels changing daily, orders are processed subject to stock availability. If we will be unable to supply your order within our standard 7 working day period, we will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order, where we will give an expected delivery date, offer any alternatives, or offer a refund.

The important bit

As we deliver with our own vans and drivers, we are happy to deliver your order to the ground floor of your home / business, (unlike other companies, we do not leave your order sitting on the pavement for you to carry in).

We strongly recommend you do not arrange for your installer to begin work before or on the day your order is due for delivery. We always try to give our customers the best service possible, however unforeseen delays can occur. We cannot be held liable for any charges relating to your installation being delayed due to late delivery, damages, or incorrect items.

Cutting to Size

Please do not cut your panels or ceilings outside in direct sunlight as this can cause them to discolour. These products are designed for internal use only.

Damages

Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have received a damaged item. We will arrange the most appropriate way of resolving the issue for you.

Returns

• Within 30 days of receiving your order you can return any items that you do not require, or you have changed your mind.

• The items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Items are returned at your own expense and by arrangement with a carrier company to our Wishaw depot, you can return the items personally to our Wishaw or Bathgate warehouses, however we do offer a collection service within 40 miles for a fee of £30.00.

• Returned items will be inspected within 7 days of receipt, we will then contact you regarding your refund. Original delivery charges cannot be refunded, any collection fee will be deducted from the refund total.

• We do not charge a restocking fee for any PVC products.
